Obesity is often the adenovirus 36, which is usually passed on to your partner. 30% of obese people have it. A blood test can look for Adv36 antibodies. The methods below are ways of coping with it:
The trillions of cells in your gut Microbiome – the bacteria – decide your weight.
Stop destroying your biome: Avoid antibiotics, sugar, gluten, grains, dairy and eggs, processed foods, toxins, artificial sweeteners, additive, preservatives, trans fats (vegetable oil, soya bean oil, canola oil, corn oil), hydrogenated fats (mixed with hydrogen, eg margarine,) GMO’s.
Remove the wrong type of bacteria and parasites with garlic, wormwood, oregano oil, berberine.
Get the right gut bacteria and a good biome:
Take prebiotics and probiotics. Even health shops don’t have them – you have to order them online, or use natural foods:
Prebiotics – support remaining healthy bacteria: carrots, tumeric, cinnamon, tomatoes, leeks, radishes asparagus, garlic, onion, jerusalem artichoke.
Probiotics – replace healthy bacteria that have been destroyed: Eat raw non pasteurised fermented foods like sauerkraut, kefir, fermented vegetables. Commerical probiotic yoghurt is full of sugar – avoid, or make your own; the larger the number of strains of bacteria, the better.
Eat organic food and nuts, seeds, flaxseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil. Take apple cider vinegar to replace your stomach acid.
Get your gut biome right – and you’ll be your perfect weight for the rest of your life.
You can sort your biome in as little as 3 weeks; and then it should be able to cope with 30% of your food being rubbish.
Perhaps 100 million suffer from this in the West. Inflammation is the most common cause; the walls of your intestine become pourous and allow raw food into your bloodstream. More conventional methods
Drink 3-4 pints of pure water a day whatever you do.
Get plenty of exercise – at least 30 minutes walking a day.
You need fat to be thin – eat coconut oil, butter, olive oil, beef dripping. Avoid vegetable oils.
Avoid sugar, all carbohydrates, so no cereals, pasta, bread etc.
To be drastic, you can cut out proteins as well and consider Raw30 – thirty days of eating raw vegetables and salads. Concentrate on green vegetables, asparagus, avocado and broccoli being amongst the best. Avoid carbohydrates. Many vegans and vegetarians are overweight because they eat carbohydrates like quinola, chickpeas and pulses like lentils and beans such as kidney beans. You should lose a pound a day on Raw30.
The Christian and other religions encourage fasting, because its good for the body. Intermittent fasting is not eating before 12 noon or after 5pm.
